Lead a complex, global team of Designers and Producers operating across multiple sales verticals and countries. Drive the team’s roadmap, and lead a focused, high-caliber design team that delivers significant results. Responsible for Creative Direction of 360, high visibility Ad campaigns. Advertisers include (Coca Cola, Nike, Adidas, Warner, P&G) Prioritize, triage, and communicate across Sales, Creative Strategy, Revenue Operations, Revenue Product, Content, Partnerships, Sales Finance, Ad Operations, Communications, Legal, International, and others. Lead the Ad Design team to be viewed across the entire Sales and Revenue organization as a critical and trusted partner that has an outsized impact on revenue-generation relative to its costs. Liase with both internal Snap teams and external creative partners to streamline processes across the business and drive operational excellence and scalability.

Sourced talent, hired and built a global Ad Design team from the ground up. Oversaw and designed ad campaigns from concept, ideation to completion. Provided Creative Direction to the work of 15 designers who generated comps, and final art as sales materials for Sales Team to pitch and sell to Snap’s current Advertisers and new potential leads. Pitched conceptual ideas and design rationale to Creative Strategy and Sales Teams.
SENIOR DESIGNER (Marketing) — April 2016 – Oct 2016
Responsible for designing cohesive campaigns across Snap’s ad products (Geofilters, Snap Ads and Lenses). Worked closely with Creative Strategists to concept and produce 360 Ad campaigns to align with client’s goals.

Responsible for concepting and designing marketing materials. Projects ranged from large on-channel campaigns to out of home print ads. Directly worked with Creative Director to produce landing pages, web banners, emails, social media pages and tv commercials while staying authentic to Hulu brand standards. Assisted in art directing a small team of young designers. Lead projects from concept innovation through production for Creative and Marketing departments. Worked closely with UI/UX teams to create solutions for integrating marketing promotions within Hulu’s Product.

Co-created a program to educate and empower young women in tech. CodingFTW recognizes the importance of role models for the development of youth, and the disproportions of women in tech. Aims to provide leadership and inspiration for youth of both genders. Creating visibility through competition in hackathons to build awareness, provide education in coordination with the YMCA, Belkin, Boys and Girls Club, and the JCC in inner cities, classrooms, and the portions of rural America where technology is not as prevalent a career path. Main responsibilities included overseeing design, marketing and product development while mentoring young designers and developers. (www.codingftw.com)
ABC Family ( The Walt Disney Company), Burbank CA — June 2013 - February 2014
SENIOR DESIGNER (Off-Air Marketing , Creative Branding & Design)
Worked closely with Marketing and Ad Sales team in leading and designing the rebrand of ABC Family’s holiday network event - 25 Days of Christmas. Responsibilities include producing designs to support the Marketing and Affiliate Marketing teams. Deliverables range from print (billboards, event signage, print ads, premiums and packaging, building mechanicals) to digital ad space (multi-platforms - Netflix, iTunes, Sony PSN, XBOX, social media skins and banners). Guided and mentored designers and interns.

VISUAL CONTENT DESIGNER - iTUNES
Worked with cross-functional teams including Music and Movie programming, Production and User Interface Engineering to design and create inventory for Apple’s iTunes Movies pages. Responsible for the visual design, including large and small graphic teasers, featured artist pages and special event features. Oversaw and maintained iTunes stores for domestic as well as international territories that include Australia, New Zealand, Pan Latin America, Brazil, Germany and Switzerland.
ABC Family ( The Walt Disney Company), Burbank CA — February 2010 - July 2012
Assisted in conceptualizing and designing projects with art directors, managers and copywriters, while overseeing workflow between freelance designers, outside vendors and production artists. Responsible for populating the ABC Family network key art on all platforms from off-air print to digital marketing tactics. Produced all marketing materials relative to print ads and promotional signage for ABC Family’s Original Series, Original Movies and tent-pole events including ABC Family’s 25 Days of Christmas, Pretty Little Liars, The Secret Life of the American Teenager and Melissa and Joey.

Responsible for creating strong and flexible visual identities that communicated the magazine’s brand values. Designed and laid out the monthly issue covers and spreads. Clients include Research in Motion (RIM), Kmart, Best Buy, Toys R Us, Crochet Today, NVIDIA, Blizzard (World of Warcraft).

Designed print ads and marketing pieces to support small non-profit organizations to clients in the music industry. Co-facilitated pre-press workflow, built mechanicals and sent jobs ready for print.
